Systems Engineering - Intekras has extensive experience in applying systems
engineering expertise in system architecture design and system engineering
design applications in all phases of product development. We provide support
in the following areas: Program Engineering Services (including Program Capture Support and Program Engineering Management)and Full Life Cycle Product Development.
Systems Support - Intekras is providing the U.S. Navy with support and best practices for Business Systems Optimization, Standard Procurement System (SPS), Contract Management System (CMS), and multiple Legacy Computer Systems. This support ranges from process re-engineering, systems analysis and troubleshooting, functional/gap analyses and business/operational improvements -- to technical consultancy, policy development and training.
Software Development - Intekras has provided software developers to support business systems for the Navy
as well as program support tools for the Army's Surface Distribution and Deployment Command (SDDC).

Document/Records Management - Intekras provides active program support in areas of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) such as desktop publishing, document-imaging and indexing, proofreading, print-on-demand, physical records storage with on-line document access, secure document destruction, and publication fulfillment services (including warehousing). We also manage, direct and coordinate program documentation activities, maintain accurate and complete program records, perform database administration services, and prepare and maintain metadata for digital library catalogs.
Program/Project Management - We assist in the development of management plans and strategies, milestone planning and tracking, and the evaluation of program schedules and data deliverables. This may include POA&M as well as the organization and facilitation of program meetings/discussions. Standards used include ISO9001:2000 Quality Management and Assurance, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Practices and Earned Value Management (EVM) Processes, all part of a structured Project Life-Cycle that serves as a standard template for the project manager and team to use in successfully executing the Statement of Work (SOW). Intekras provides short/medium term project management support as well as program management for multi-year contracts.
