Intekras draws on our extensive experience in the following areas to provide management and supporting staff to cover our customers’ diverse requirements.
Program/Project Management
Our commitment is to provide outstanding engineering, technical and programmatic support services while maximizing innovation and cost reduction initiatives. We accomplish this objective by implementing process models based on proven ISO/IEC 15288 industry standards which provide a world class approach to program/project management activities.
Included are ISO9001:2000 Quality Management and Assurance Standards, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Practices and Earned Value Management (EVM) Processes, all part of a structured Project Life-Cycle that serves as a standard template for the project manager and team to use in successfully executing the Statement of Work (SOW). Intekras provides short/medium term project management support as well as program management for multi-year contracts.
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Support
Intekras provides active program support in ECM areas such as desktop publishing, document-imaging and indexing, proofreading, CD-ROM/Web-based production, print-on-demand, records storage with on-line document access and retrieval, secure document destruction, and publication management, distribution and tracking. Associated activities include:
- Maintain a database necessary for the automatic distribution of publications and updates.
- Generate all mailing lists, mailing labels, delivery instructions and return receipt cards for classified material.
- Track registered mailings of classified materials and maintain file of receipts cards for reporting purposes, reporting all noncompliance of registered mail incidents.
Hosting and Print Fulfillment Support
Intekras manages the hosting, helpdesk and technical support for large business networks and augments this by providing fulfillment services. Our office/warehouse facility maintains a large and diverse inventory, and we package and mail products in various formats to the communities we serve. These activities include:
- Physical storage of documents and related materials such as pamphlets, brochures, videotapes, audiotapes, CDs and a wide variety of publications.
- Online database tracking of documents and materials.
- Maintenance of a product ordering system, up-to-date and available 24x7x365.
- Shipping preparation and delivery of requested documents and material.
Office Program Support
Intekras supports office programs by managing the following activities:
- Establishes/runs a helpdesk for the client community.
- Publishes/prints/stamps specialized documentation, and distributes this to clients.
- Tracks distributed items through payment, reconciliation and re-send processes.
- Manages various postal carriers.
- Provides reconciliation of received payments.
Procurement System Support
Intekras provides system and software engineering support and subject matter expertise for procurement support systems under an initiative to standardize all procurement functions in one business system supported by common processes. In addition to providing logistical support, Intekras also provides a systematic integrated approach designed to yield continuous organizational workforce and business process improvements.
