Darrell Green
Chairman |
Mr. Green founded the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation in
1988 to create doors of opportunity for children living in insecure
environments. After 20 years with the Washington Redskins, which included
7 Pro-Bowl appearances, 4 NFL Fastest Man Competition titles and 3 Super
Bowls, he became a first ballot inductee into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Class of 2008, and was officially inducted on August 2nd, 2008. Mr. Green is leveraging his strong national reputation and
extensive network to further Intekras’ business initiatives within the
corporate, government, nonprofit and education arenas.

Charles Williams
President & CEO |
Mr. Williams has more than 25 years of business and technical experience in the areas of information technology and telecommunications, information security, defense systems and national security. He has held various executive level positions in business development, product management and marketing and network engineering with several Fortune 500 companies including Lockheed Martin and Sprint International. Additionally, Mr Williams has considerable experience with other leading U.S. Federal Government technology contractors. These include defense systems integration activities with Raytheon and Unisys, flight simulation systems development for L-3 Link Simulation and Training, and deployment of communications and control systems for Computer Science Corporation. His background includes extensive international involvement with commercial and government entities in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Middle East and Africa.

J. Calvin Glover
Chief Financial Officer |
Mr. Glover has over 20 years of business and financial
experience, most recently holding the position of CEO of JIL Information
Systems, which he grew to almost $30M in revenues and 26 locations
nationwide. Specializing in information systems and business and
engineering services for commercial, education and government customers,
JIL was rated by Washington Technology as the top 8(a) defense contractor
for the U.S. Navy and has been consistently ranked by Black Enterprise
magazine as one of the top 100 minority-owned firms in the U.S., based on
gross revenues. Mr. Glover is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on a
variety of local boards and charitable organizations.

Peter Wilmot
Vice President - Support Services |
Mr. Wilmot has more than 25 years of experience in IT and
data networking, notably in the areas of pre- and post-sales technical
support of marketing and sales, proposal capture management, network engineering and implementation, network
operations management and customer interfacing. His international
experience spans North America, Europe and Africa and he has held various
senior management positions with leading US telecommunications companies
including Sprint International, Global One and Equant.

Don Fergus Senior Advisor, InfoSec and IT Risk Services |
Mr. Fergus is responsible for setting and executing all operational, product, and service strategies related to Intekras' IT Risk, Information Assurance, and Cyber Security offerings across both the commercial and government sectors. Don also works alongside CEO Charles Williams and Chairman Darrell Green on Business Development, Sales, and Marketing issues that will position Intekras as the "company of choice" for Information Security and IT Risk solutions. Don’s prior roles include Vice President of IT Risk - Lowers & Associates, Managing Partner - TriVision Partners (IT Risk Governance), Executive Manager – MCI (strategic planning), Senior Director - Ascom Timeplex (network outsourcing), Senior Executive - Cable & Wireless (global network transport), and Vice President - Citicorp/Citibank (global technology audit). Don has served in Geneva at the UN/ECE, in Brussels as the President of the International Data Exchange Association, and in Paris at the International Chamber of Commerce.
